AddressFamily-run small business looking for an experienced Bookkeeper for a flexible part time position.
We are a Mercedes Spare Parts and Mechanical Workshop located in Reservoir. We have been in business for 30 years and we are looking for the right person to join our team.
This job will include your own upstairs office and flexible work hours.
The job requires roughly 15-20 hours of work per week which can be spread out throughout the week as preferred as long as the work is finished.
Your role will include
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Payroll
- Banking
- Replying to emails
- Liaising with accountant where necessary
- Maintaining the businesses' legal and tax requirements e.g. BAS
We are currently using MYOB AccountRight, so experience with this accounting software is essential.
Our current Bookkeeper will be your support as you transition into the role.
Currently the job is ‘in office', however, remote work is a possibility for one day of the week once you settle in.
