Form of workQuality Lines & Virginia Spirits are small family run businesses, located in Virginia and are currently looking for a casual Book Keeper and Office All Rounder to join our team.
The position will be casual with 4-12 hours initially with the opportunity for growth, however initial training will be for roughly two weeks of between 30 - 35 hours.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who can take ownership of this role, work well as part of a team and has a minimum of 2 years office experience.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of MYOB, with inventory a bonus and Microsoft office suite.
Duties will vary from day to day but will include various office duties such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, BAS, Superannuation, General Administration, End of Year Tax preparations, Filing, Archiving, Processing Orders, Processing of Stock take, Profit & Loss Statements and various other duties as they arise.
