Qualifications & experience
- What we are looking for: Excellent communication skills and strong customer service experience. Enthusiastic and driven personality Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure Ability to work in a small team. Strong Computer Skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Reception – meeting/greeting visitors
- Answering Customer Service calls and assisting with customer enquiries
- Working with the managing director on new projects as well as implementing new the role out of new products
- Provide administration support to the sales team
- Order processing including preparing and sending sales invoices and contacting customers for payments
- Organise freight/postage
- Maintain internal databases & spreadsheets
- Stationery, mail, filing
- Phone and email correspondence to both customers and to our head office
- General Administration duties as required
