Double R are on an exciting journey of growth and as such, a rare opportunity exists to join the Mudgee team as a Branch Administrator.

The Role

You will be proactive and organised with excellent administration skills and enthusiastic to join a supportive, busy and diverse working environment.

This role is offered as a full-time permanent position, working five days per week.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

• Work alongside the branch management team, contributing to the day to day running of the branch
• Accounts receivable 
• Customer work order management and invoice processing
• Weekly account reconciliations
• Oversee internal and external induction processes including HR & WHS compliance

To be considered for this role you will have the following:

• Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in a similar position
• Proven ability to promote a positive team environment
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent data entry skills
• A high level of communications skills (verbal, written and presentation)
• Prior experience in a mechanical business is advantageous but not essential 
• Adaptability
• Honesty and integrity
• A down-to-earth and approachable manner with a customer service focus
