We are currently seeking an organised & proactive Branch Administrator to join our administration team in our Mount Thorley branch. This role will report to the Sydney Branch Manager and support Sydney and NSW operations remotely.

The Opportunity
- Provide excellent customer service to our external clients
- Deliver admin support to your team in sales, service or tech support
- Maintain accurate databases and documentation
- Handle enquiries, quotations, invoices, purchase orders etc
- Assist with inventory, freight, reports and communications
- Coordinate services on-site or off-site
- On-job training and mentoring
About You - Essential
- Competence with Microsoft Office applications
- Customer service focus
- Reliable and a team player
- Time management skills
- Clear communicator both written and verbal
- Current work rights in Australia
About You - Preferred
- Experience in mining, agriculture, manufacturing or logistics
- SAP experience or exposure
