We are seeking a full time Branch Manager in our Foster Branch.
You will be joining one of our Multi-Channel Branches!
What is a Multi-Channel Branch?
- Between 9:30-1pm: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions. The successful candidate will take on all the role responsibilities of the Branch Manager during this time.
- After 1pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment. The successful candidate will take calls after 1pm and report into a Contact Centre Manager.
