Brand Designer

Are you an experienced Brand Designer with an eye for luxury real estate? Can you lead, create, and execute visually stunning designs that effectively answer the brief and communicate each brand's message to its target audience?

We’re on the lookout for an energetic designer who is eager to join a dynamic creative agency in a fast-paced industry where no two days are the same. This position requires a high level of creativity, stakeholder and time management, as well as an understanding of the latest design trends and techniques.

The role will work closely with our head of agency, lead strategist, head of new projects, and other departments to ensure that all visual elements align with each company’s brand and messaging. Working alongside the city’s most experienced real estate creative team, you will be creating high-value content in different styles to appear across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate has a formal qualification in design, can work to tight deadlines, and deliver a five-star client experience.

Day to day you will:

• Spearhead brand creation from inception for new development projects, crafting concepts for logo development, landing page layout, hoarding, signage, as well as booklet and brochure and other bespoke layouts.
• Take the lead in creatively evolving the Kollosche brand.
• Collaborate closely with the strategy team to ensure seamless transition of brand design into video and other visual motion formats.
• Conceptualize, maintain, and execute design strategies across various projects and mediums, encompassing print and digital advertising, websites, social media, and branding initiatives.
• Remain abreast of the latest design trends and techniques, ensuring that designs are consistently fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary Design/Visual Communication qualification.
• 8 years + experience in a similar role (advertising/creative agency environment highly desirable)
• Interest in AI technology and its applications in the design field
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of design skills and experience
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe, After Effects and Adobe InDesign
• Working knowledge and experience in Figma
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles

This is a full-time role based in Broadbeach.
