About the Role
A unique opportunity exists for a Sales Manager to join our Alternative Income Team. Working within the friendly and dynamic office, this role will allow you to showcase your existing sales skills and experience as a relationship manager, to grow within a successful company.
Role Responsibilities
- Drive income from all Pop Up Retail & Media elements
- Identify business opportunities to increase revenue to the business
- Account management and maintenance of relationships with Pop Up Retail, media, and vacant shops
- Manage administrative and procedural requirements
- Assist with the preparation of annual business plan and budgets
- Seek out information to determine business trends and potential opportunities
- Implement and advocate adherence for all company policies
- Prepare monthly financial reports and provide comments on the results
The Successful Candidate
- Shopping centre experience is preferred but not essential.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong account management, business development and sales skills
