The Opportunity
We are seeking a Brand Manager for Innovation & Savoury, you'll oversee iconic brands like Shapes, Vita-weat, and more. Manage brand partnerships with Xbox and the NZ Warriors, while leading cookie innovation at our Auckland factory. From insights to launch, you'll own the marketing mix, driving strategy and execution. Explore partnerships and collaborations, from charities to FMCG. The Accountabilities
- Delivery of AOP and share targets across the Savoury portfolio
- Develop Annual brand across key brands and categories setting brand activity plan for the coming year
- Manage & Execute Local Cookies innovation plan with Avondale site
- Identify & execute local partnerships/ sponsorship opportunities across media, charities, co-lab
- Strong cross functional collaboration and communication across all stakeholders in particular Au marketing team, NZ category and sales teams
- Manage brand budget making recommendations to Head of marketing on brand allocations, raise relevant Pos and provide accurate monthly brand spend reconciliation and forecasting
The Ingredients for Success
Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience as an assistant Brand Manager or marketing executive
- Experience in FMCG & Food preferred but not essential
- A strategic thinker dedicated to consistently delighting the consumer
- Thrives in a standalone business environment, taking accountability for end-to-end processes and making a substantial organizational impact
