Role
Reporting to the Marketing & Technical Manager, the Brand Manager will play an integral part in end-to-end marketing for the brand portfolios, working closely with Global Teams to localise strategies for the Oceania market and influence growth objectives across the organisation.
Core focuses of the role will include:
- Brand Development: Drive sustainable brand growth & profitability through engaging Communications, Channel & Promotional Strategies across all brands, in line with Global objectives. Develop and execute Digital and In-Store Activation Plans.
- Insights & Analysis: Monitor, analyse and provide commentary of all available market data and market intelligence, relevant to product and make recommendations for opportunity, action and or correction.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop, manage, and disseminate sales forecasts for portfolio in ANZ that are compliant with the annual sales objectives, the dynamics of the market and the adhoc sales and marketing programs.
Candidate
The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial marketer, with end-to-end brand development experience within an FMCG or Consumer Health environment. You will have the tenacity to influence across the organisation, agility to liaise globally with a range of personalities & cultures, and resilience to work at pace in an evolving business. Your strong analytical competency will allow you to make recommendations to impact commercial results and business objectives.
