Brand Marketer (Mandarin Speaker)

Matrix Education is the leader in primary and high school tutoring in NSW and Australia’s fastest growing educator. We have a new opportunity for a Brand Marketer, who must be fluent in both English and Mandarin, to join our expanding Growth Team.

Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will be supporting Matrix’s expansion across NSW, online and interstate (with Victoria being our next stop).

This is an opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to launch into a brand specialist role that has potential to grow into a team leading position.

• Conducting in-depth research to understand the unique needs and preferences of potential customers in new geographical markets,
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define a compelling brand strategy that emphasises our unique offering and delivering a strong brand message,
• Overseeing the development of engaging marketing materials and ensuring consistency across all branding elements,
• Driving marketing programs that translate into in-bound leads,
• Development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including social media campaigns, content marketing, and online advertising tailored to the Victoria audience.
• Planning and execution of offline marketing efforts, such as local events, partnerships, and traditional advertising,
• Coordinating the official launch in new markets (including interstate), monitor initial responses, and analysing performance metrics against set KPIs.
• Gathering and analysing customer feedback and adaptation of existing strategies for ongoing improvements.

• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience,
• Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop compelling brand messages and marketing campaigns,
• Results-driven mindset looking to deliver outcomes,
• Proven ability to plan and execute successful offline marketing initiatives, such as events, partnerships, and traditional advertising,
• Demonstrated success in social and content marketing and implementing content marketing strategies,
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin,
• Detail-oriented and strives for a high degree of precision,
• Effective organisational skills and process driven,
• Bachelors degree qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Media or Journalism.
