About the role
The Broker Administrator works closely with the General Manager to provide administrative support and assist with processing loans from start to settlement! Support the team with facilitating the customer appointment process, tracking construction loan progress, preparing and submitting the loan applications, and liaising with customers, lenders and associated agencies.

- Supporting the General Manager of Truevest Finance
- Providing outstanding customer support
- Collection, analysis and verification of customer information and reporting in relevant systems to ensure compliance with company and industry regulations
- Facilitate the customer appointment process for Lending Consultant
- Management of systems, ensuring data input accuracy, integrity and timeliness for reporting
- Preparing and submitting loan applications
- Liaising with lenders and associated agencies/interested parties (Conveyancers, Agents, Accountants, etc)
- Completion of CRM tasks including calculations, data entry, excel templates, pricing and valuation requirements
- Preparation and collation of reports and all other relevant correspondence as required
- General administration tasks
What you will bring
- Minimum 12 months’ experience within Financial Services
- Significant knowledge of residential and commercial lending and transactional banking products
- Significant experience supporting mortgage brokers, lending consultants or banking professionals, with a particular emphasis on the first home owner market and construction loans, including split land and build contract scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Understanding of regulatory requirements specific to the role
- Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and Finance (or willing to undertake study)
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
