ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in a Senior broking role, preferably with team management experience
- A driven individual comfortable with responsibility for a team including experienced Account Managers through to Junior brokers & graduates.
- Solid understanding of the insurance market in Australia with a well-developed underwriting network.
- The ability to run a portfolio and manage a team
- Experience handling escalations
- Referral point for junior brokers
