An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Build Manager to join Service Stream in our Wireless Telecommunications team based in VIC, NSW & QLD.

Responsibilities
- Lead Service Stream Radio Network Engineering Division covering radio engineering, planning, design, deployment and operation of our client's fixed, wireless and transport networks.
- Devise innovative network strategy plan, design and optimisation of all mobiles network - 4G, LTE-A, 5G and Managed Radios.
- Developing the Radio Network Engineering portfolio to include mobiles radio frequency design and optimisation, network integration services and core network design services.
- Lead and develop the transformation of our client's network infrastructure to next generation of Network Function Virtualisation (NFV) and Software Defined Networking (SDN).
- Take a lead interest in evaluating new fixed and wireless technologies and its impact to the business.
- Lead and establish an outsourcing model of local and overseas Radio Network Engineering capability.
About You
To be successful for this role, you have:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, leading a team, managing budgets, costs, consultants and clients
- Highly experienced in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Primavera and ERP systems
- Outstanding planning and project management skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate across a broad range of stakeholders
- High level numerical analysis skills and the ability to provide clear conclusions and recommendations on complex deployment, management or contractual issues
- Demonstrated working knowledge of legislative requirements
- Demonstrated working knowledge of industry and competition
- Experience in operating successfully in matrix organisations
- Commercial and financial acumen
- Demonstrable track record of leading the required functions and achieving results.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Degree qualifications in Engineering, Building or Property related discipline or equivalent industry experience
