Offering services across Commercial Facilities, Residential Building Management, Concierge and Defect management as well as Cleaning and Landscaping, our client is a wholly Australian owned business that has been operating for over 20 years.
Duties:
Due to ongoing demand for their Building Management services and the growth of their portfolio, our client is on the lookout for an experienced Manager to deliver high-quality, effective management on this near-new building on Sydney's’ city-fringe.
- Day to day management of a Strata Plan (260 Residential apartments) and a BMC (11 retail shops)
- Effective management of all contractors on site
- Ensuring all building procedures are maintained
- Liaising with Owners, Executive Committee members and Service providers
- Providing guidance and advice on annual expenditure and budgets
- Creating and presenting monthly reports
- Maintaining up to date documentation and compliance
- Attending scheduled Committee meetings and Annual General Meetings
To be successfully shortlisted for this role, you will have:
- Experience in Building Management and BMC’s
- Sound knowledge of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation and WHS
- Professional presentation with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project & / or defects management skills are desirable but not essential
- Must hold valid Drivers License and own transportation
- Dedicated After-hours service – so you don’t have to take the calls
- Opportunities for growth – into Area Manager or across to Commercial / Facilities
- Prominent, well-built buildings
- All systems and processes set up
- No major outstanding works & building still within defects period
