Our Client:

Offering services across Residential Building Management, Concierge and Defect management, Cleaning and Landscaping as well as Commercial Facilities, our client is a wholly Australian owned business that has been operating successfully for over 20 years.
 
Duties:

Offering an opportunity to witness and take part in how to set up a new building from scratch, you will relish working in this exquisite architectural masterpiece where no expense has been spared on the facilities and fit-out. Working alongside a Senior Building Manager, you will be responsible for:
 

• All day to day support duties that come with managing a Strata Plan (350+ Residential apartments) and a BMC (Commercial, retail and restaurants)
• Effective management of all contractors on site
• Ensuring all building procedures are maintained
• Liaising with Owners, Executive Committee members and Service providers
• Providing input for monthly reports, annual expenditure and budgets
• Maintaining up to date documentation and compliance
• Attending scheduled Committee meetings and Annual General Meetings

Specific requirements:

To be successfully shortlisted for this role, you will have:

• 12+ months experience in Building Management, Strata Management or Property Management (of high-density buildings)
• Sound knowledge of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation and WHS
• Professional presentation with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project & / or defects management skills are desirable but not essential
