Remuneration: $74,075 per annum - $75,917 per annum (Snr Admin Assist Gde 3)
Location: NSW Ambulance State Headquarters Rozelle with relocation to Sydney Olympic Park

ABOUT THE ROLE
The position holder is responsible for the overall management and operations of NSW Ambulance’s Electronic Access Control Systems. NSW Ambulance operates electronic access control systems at around ninety (90) sites, with a large number of centrally administered sites.
The position holder also provides strategic, technical, operational, policy and planning advice to the Manager Infrastructure & Assets to improve building security.
While the operation of NSW Ambulance’s Access Control Systems is the key focus of the position, the position also provides administration and clerical support for various functions and activities within the Infrastructure & Assets Unit.

ABOUT YOU
The person must have an understanding electronic access control systems, software and have worked in this environment to produce electronic access security cards.
Understanding the sensitivity, process and policies around electronic security systems. Manage the processes associated with the issuing of Staff Identification Cards to ensure that appropriate staff members are readily identifiable and possess appropriate means/access levels to sites.
Ability to conduct audits and reviews of the electronic access control system, data base and formulate reports as required. Investigate security related incidents of the access control system and report findings and proposed risk management strategies to management.
