Meriton’s Design and Construction teams are looking to employ a Building Services Manager to work on our large, multi res and mixed use developments.
With our strong development pipeline, this is a long-term career opportunity, working with Australia’s most successful Property Developer.
As Services Manager, you will play an integral role in managing and resolving the detail design for the complex Building Services packages across the project, whilst managing subcontractors and service suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering and managing quality.
You will be responsible managing the interface requirements between services and building elements including design, coordination, approval, installation, and commissioning and completion requirements of all services disciplines in conjunction with the project team.
As the Services Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing the Coordination of all Building Services, including Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics and Fire through the construction phase.
- Assist with Design for Development and Construction projects.
- Value Engineering
- Procurement Strategy
You will have more than 10 years’ experience in service related roles across multiple large-scale projects, in particular Multi Residential and Mixed-Use developments. Local Australian experience is a requirement.
You will have a Degree in a relevant field of study (Engineering or Construction Management related)
As this is a full-time permanent position located in Sydney CBD, you must be able to commit to the Monday to Friday Office Hours and have FULL permanent working rights in Australia.
