Key Responsibilities
As a Building Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our facilities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of maintenance and support staff
- Developing and implementing maintenance plans, schedules, and budgets
- Demonstrate empathy whilst talking to residents
- Ensuring high levels of occupancy
- Identifying and addressing maintenance needs
- Collaborating with internal departments and external vendors
- Providing timely and accurate reporting to senior management
- Good customer service skills
- Sounds knowledge of Building Services
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to prepare budgets and develop scopes of work
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards
