Title: Business & Administration Coordinator, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $86,867.36 to $100,954.29 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:
This is a great opportunity to join an exciting team in the Development Assessment Unit.
The key focus areas of this role include:
- Manage, lead and motivate a team of professionals in order to achieve team goals and ensure the provision of a high quality, flexible and responsive service to the teams within the unit is provided.
- Manage and ensure effective daily team operations including general administrative support, Development Application creation, notification, additional information requests, application determinations, and Development Assessment planning panels.
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset through an active involvement in and initiation of business and system improvements and projects.
- Manage and maintain Development Assessment software systems and unit reporting.
About you:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven people leader to join our high performing Business Systems & Administration Team. You’ll bring a continuous improvement mindset and a high level of attention to detail when completing daily tasks. You’ll have demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to complete tasks within defined timeframes.
