The Business Analyst works with business and project stakeholders across the region to specify Business and functional requirements for automation solutions. The role will play a key role in supporting the implementation of regional automations by scheduling and coordinating testing, governance and training activities within planned timeframes and budgets. This role serves both as a delivery lead and Scrum Master – working collaboratively with automation engineers to deliver a continuous pipeline of automations from Microsoft Office automations to robotic process automation to system changes.
The role will also be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Perform Scrum Master role in support of the global Institutional Operations tactical automation delivery team, facilitating squad ceremonies (Daily stand-ups, Sprint planning, Backlog refinement, Retrospectives).
- Engage Business stakeholders to collaboratively gather functional and non-functional Business requirements and document end-user automation solutions that are risk-controlled and efficient.
- Engage Business stakeholders to resource and document user acceptance testing.
- Maintain Operations (Level 3-5) process documentation consistent with Country governance model and standards.
- Run or contribute to projects targeting efficiency, risk and customer experience improvements, observing project protocols covering communication, governance and project documentation.

What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, it is ideal to bring the following -
- Proven Business Analysis (technical) experience on end-user automations.
- Strong experience documenting Business requirements and the functionality to be performed by the automation.
- Proven experience in designing and documenting automation user acceptance testing.
- Proven scrum master or scrum delivery experience.
- Base understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines, and procedures
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Sound analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience in financial services
