The Opportunity
We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Business Analyst to join our Technology team in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth or Brisbane office on a Permanent Full Time Basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake systems and business analysis, business case development and project coordination in accordance with agreed methodologies and assigned timeframes, scope, quality and budget objectives.
- Investigate operational business work processes, capabilities and systems, identifying options for improving business systems and addressing the needs of the business.
- Identify overlapping functions and interdepartmental dependencies, and recommending solutions that benefit the whole company.
- Facilitate technology and process consulting to the business.
Your background
- High level analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand business processes and concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to come up with clear suggestions or solutions to help the company make better decisions.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and demands.
- Strong reporting skills including experience in developing reporting frameworks, key performance indicators and management reports.
- Previous experience working on Operational Technology Projects in business analysis roles is ideal.
