About the role:
Seeking a talented individual who is eager to dive into challenges head first, hit the ground running and drive success from day one!
Participate in the design and implementation of the business and technical process flows for an integrated ERP. Engage with business stakeholders to document the change pathways to successfully implement and embed the new ERP. Provide user stories to external vendors and test the delivered designs via Test Cases. Document the ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ processes and assist in training support and implementation.
Specific Accountabilities:
- Continue to document the current processes within the ERP and the Transport Management System ('TMS') including identifying inconsistencies from different depots and escalating the decision of whether or not consistency is achievable, or desirable
- Drives standardisation between locations when documenting processes Understand the differences between depots/ warehouses before documenting whether the process needs to be different, aligned or streamlined
- Develop a deep understanding of the new ERP and TMS Technical Use Cases, so that new requirements can be captured, documented and able to be implemented in all COPE environments
- In conjunction with key stakeholders, such as the Change Manager and Training Manager, document the new ERP/TMS processes in a way that can be understood and adapted into all COPE depots and transport activities
- Provide input to development, documentation and delivery of Test planning and Test scripts, related to the ERP and the integrated TMS
Skills and experience
- 5+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in an Integrated ERP capacity
- Technical skills in systems analysis, data mapping, B2B integration, technical documentation (Visio)
- Business Process modelling, User Story requirements gathering, scope control and Training support
- Strong understanding of Agile development practices eg JIRA boards
- Hands on testing using Testing Tools and test case creation
- Previous experience working with external vendor software development teams for customisations and configurations
- Advanced workshop facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain, Transport and/or Warehousing preferred not desirable
