About the role
In this role you will be part of a high performing agile team and an informed and innovative organisation. Major responsibilities will include:
- Elaborating business requirements with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other business stakeholders,
- Maintaining business requirements documentation,
- Preparing user stories for construction,
- Preparing wireframes for construction with the assistance of technical team members,
- Working with SMEs and other business stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions will be fit for purpose,
- Contributing to the planning of the project roadmap (i.e. planning of future projects),
- Reviewing project documents prepared by other Business Analysts,
- Presentation of proposed projects to the team.
- A successful history of working in a Business Analyst role;
- Experience preparing user stories for agile project teams delivering custom software;
- An organised and analytical approach to managing complex requirements;
- Comfortable working in an open team structure with other self-motivated individuals;
- Experience with wireframing (preparing screen mock-ups);
- Experience with capturing business requirements using UML (i.e. process, state, and use case models);
- Comfortable proposing and negotiating solutions.
