A little about what you’ll do at EFFISION

Your role as a Business Analyst/Product Owner will be fast paced and a true mix of business analysis and product owner responsibilities. Your ability to be resourceful, think conceptually, proactively form professional relationships with our key stakeholders is critical to the success of our projects.

A little about what you’ll bring to EFFISION 

• You have at least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
• You have at least 2 years’ experience in Agile framework environment, preferably SAFe
• You have strong analysis or requirements gathering experience (developing creative solutions, user stories and acceptance criteria's)
• You have strong stakeholder management and scope/requirements management experience
• You have experience with preparation of detailed documentation 
• You have workshop facilitation experience
• You have test support experience and strong organizational skills
• You have strong presentation, with verbal and written communication skills
• You have high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Confluence
• You’re able to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure project delivery timelines are met

It would be amazing if you also had the following (but keep in mind, we aren’t looking for unicorns – we want humans on our team):

• A Bachelor's Degree in IT, Commerce, Business or relevant discipline
• Experience in the cards and payments industry
• Experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment
• Experience diagramming of technical concepts and solutions
• The ability to read code – such as Java, C/C++
