Key Responsibilities:
Business Development and Sales
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
- Develop strategies to approach and engage potential clients
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients through virtual and onsite visit
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
- Analyze competitors and adapt strategies accordingly
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing development teams
- Develop a database of quality leads and connections
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets (referrals, promotion, etc)
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Create and negotiate offers and contracts with clients with the assistance of the managing director
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and Business Development activities
- Use CRM tools effectively to track and manage client information and Sales activities
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and management team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Collaborate with the head office teams to provide client feedback and progress of existing and potential requirements
- Liaise with other departments to ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded. Attend weekly, monthly meetings for update.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, sales, or a similar role
- Must have background in working with offshoring, recruitment, or a similar industry
- Has knowledge of different hiring requirements (contact center, back office, and digital) and the ability to provide recommendations to clients on potential roles based on the given skillset
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capabilities to handle process improvement/changes
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed, both locally and internationally, and will report to a Managing Director
- Valid drivers license
- Preferably sole trader with ABN
