Role:
As a BDM your responsibility will be to identify target markets, source & generate business leads that convert into revenue.
You will need to execute the strategy but also be capable of doing the groundwork yourself.
We hold you to account for your sales targets. We are driven by results and expect you to deliver.
Job tasks and Responsibilities:
- Identify target markets and develop the sales strategy
- Be integral in daily sales activity including warm and cold calls
- Present to clients and close out the deal
- Update and maintain CRM & management reporting
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience and success in developing an effective sales strategy with regard to key metrics and performance targets
- Success in B2B sales and conversion
- Ability to perform to agreed KPI's, sales metrics and monthly budget
- Experience in hospitality Preferred.l
