About the Role:
This role has emerged purely from growth, aiming to bring more leads into the business for selling. The successful candidate will have a strategic role, finding and approaching companies, identifying decision-makers, and making direct contact. The companies to target are at your discretion, ranging from SMEs to large enterprises as per your comfort level and confidence.
What’s on Offer:
- Base salary of $85k+ Super + Commissions - Negotiable depending on experience.
- Achieve your targets, and you'll earn an additional midweek day off on top of your annual leave, amounting to an extra 12 days each year.
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm schedule - No weekends or late nights.

- Minimum 2 years experience in a B2B sales environment, ideally with complex products.
- Call centre sales experience is a bonus.
- You have a hunter mentality and love seeking out new opportunities.
- Building rapport comes naturally to you, and your organisational skills are second to none.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of the MS suite, CRMs and lead generational tools.
- Experience in lead generation and digital marketing is a plus.
