- Sales Guru - Harness your inner sales superstar to passionately market our employment services, creating compelling narratives that resonate with employers and showcase the unique value of our participants.
- Working in the community – Provide great customer service to our participants and employers.
- Being a team player – Work together with your team to help our participants find meaningful employment.

Employment Support Consultant (ESC) - What’s the job all about?
- Customer Service Pro - you’ll be the go-to guru for employer relationships, assisting our participants.
- New Job Coach - Guide our participants to seamlessly blend into their new roles and workplace culture.
- Service Star - Deliver top-tier service that leaves both employees and participants feeling valued and supported.
- Claims Connoisseur - Evaluate eligibility with a keen eye and gather the necessary documentation for claims with precision.
- Wage Subsidy Negotiator - Tactfully negotiate and diligently track wage subsidies to ensure timely payments.
- Placement Rescuer - Collaborate with the team to navigate high-stakes placements, salvaging or spinning up new opportunities as needed.
