Forged in the heart of Melbourne, Urban Republic began its journey of reimagining caravans with its innovative, high-quality panels in 2008. After establishing itself as one of the leading players in this niche market, we have decided to expand into the residential and commercial market, supplying high-quality decorative panels. 

Over the years, we have diversified our extensive product offerings to include electronics, timber, plywood and a wide selection of exceptionally crafted, high-quality decorative panels directly imported from Europe. We're a design-led business, believing that good design profoundly impacts our lives.

We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated salesperson to join our team at our new location in Sydney. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships with them, and closing deals. 

Key responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients
- Generating leads and prospecting new clients
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Understanding clients' needs and providing suitable solutions
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the sales process and techniques
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Sales experience is not compulsory
