- Maintain and grow accounts, ensuring client satisfaction by analysing accounts to understand their challenges
- Provide customers with essential information and training tailored to their needs.
- Strive to exceed sales targets, KPIs, customer satisfaction, retention, and face-to-face visits.
- Actively monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience and knowledge in the International Freight industry, with a proven history of establishing key relationships, ideally in sales.
- Experience in negotiating with customers and shipping agents
- Knowledge of the logistics and warehousing industry
- Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with in-house CRM software packages.
