As our Business Development Executive, you'll be the driving force behind acquiring new business and managing accounts within our Corporate and Government sectors. Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Cultivating strong relationships with VIP clients to exceed hotel and partner business objectives.
- Exploring new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and daring site inspections.
- Achieving personal and team sales goals to enhance profitability.
- Implementing sales plans to boost occupancy and increase food, beverage, and banquet sales.
- Producing and reviewing monthly reports to ensure alignment with objectives.
What We need from you:
- Background in the hotel industry preferred, but a passion for hospitality is essential.
- Be an ambassador for the Holiday Inn and IHG brands, embodying their values.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Persuasive abilities to influence decisions effectively.
- Market awareness and proactive approach to consumer behavior.
- Strong time management skills with a focus on priorities.
