We’re looking for those sales people who feel they have mastered the initial appointment setting aspect of the sale process and want more responsibilities with HIGHER rewards, or established end-to-end sales people. People who really want to make the most of their sales career, with high levels of tenacity, drive, ambition and a genuine HUNGER to make an absolute killing.
With the following attributes
- Proficiency in cold calling/outbound prospecting – People who love to cold call and know how to own and master the phone
- Consultative selling – Ability to consult with your clients, ask questions that dive deep into their pains, their needs and their real reasons for saying yes/no
- Experience, or confidence is speaking with C-suite Executives at the Enterprise level
- People who thrive by challenging themselves with a strong appetite for professional growth
- Goal driven and ambitious – Ability to push through trials and tribulations to succeed
- Self starters who are quick to learn processes and know how to take initiative
- Problem solvers
- Finance background – Experience in financial services
- Relevant experience in the cross boarder payment space
- Degree in International Business, International Trade, Commerce, Economics Etc.
- If not any of the above, any sales experience with a passion for finance would be appropriate
While your main focus in this role will be outbound prospecting, you will also be involved in the entire sales process from booking the diagnostic calls, shadowing senior sales staff as they run the diagnosis and close the deals, and collaborating with other sales staff to manage the relationships with ongoing client accounts.
Essentially, from day one you will be building your own book of business from the ground up, meaning that every client acquired from your prospecting efforts becomes a part of the book and will continue to pay you and the other sales people involved in the deal, with ongoing residual commissions.
While you will be provided with leads of businesses doing a minimum of $10 mil in foreign transactions, you will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating your own prospective clients through market research.
