Job DescriptionWe have a rare opportunity for an energetic sales superstar to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager based in Victoria. Whilst you will have the ability to work remotely, you will work closely with our Business Development Team and Account Managers.
This is a busy, phone-based role which will see you responsible for professionally representing the Fleetcare brand in the marketplace, developing new relationships, responding to tenders, delivering sales presentations and nurturing prospective opportunities through negotiation stages and securing new, commercially viable, business.
Day to day activities and expected outcomes of the role:
- Actively identifying new business opportunities across our complete range of products.
- Tracking and monitoring all sales activity using Salesforce.
- Building effective working relationships with key decision makers and industry influencers
- Providing intelligent tailor-made client solutions
- Achieving unit growth and profitability targets
- Supporting implementation of new accounts
- Building the Fleetcare brand in the industry
WHAT YOU NEED
To be considered you will ideally:
- Be motivated by the opportunity to win new business, build great relationships with clients and deliver on team outcomes.
- Be courageous and tenacious, a NO is only a NO for now!
- Have 3-5 years proven experience in Fleet, Employee Benefits or related Industries (this is desirable but not essential).
- Have the skills and drive to work autonomously and commitment to achieving targets and objectives.
- Be a passionate communicator with contacts both internally and externally.
- Have a strong customer service ethic and confident presentation skills.
