Privately owned, and experiencing steady growth since 1991, ResourceCo today includes a team of over 900 people across Australia & South East Asia. Recently listed in the top 25 companies in SA by market capitalisation, and with further expansion plans in place, this is an exciting time to join a company leading the way in the provision of recycled products for the construction, civil and mining industries – paving the way for a more sustainable future.
The Role
This is a truly unique opportunity to take on a BDM role with a well-established market leader in the sustainability sector, helping to further the company’s presence and purpose in Adelaide.
The role involves establishing and cultivating deep relationships with customers, from waste providers (incoming raw materials), to civil contractors/companies and local government (outgoing recycled building materials). As part of the circular nature of the role, you will help build out the pipeline of incoming raw waste materials, that are converted into quality assured construction materials such as recycled aggregate, which you will on sell to civil, construction and mining companies.
Working closely with the Sales & Customer Service Manager SA, as a key member of the sales team, you will also help to identify what construction materials are in demand and set targets around incoming raw waste streams, which in turn will help guide your activity.
ResourceCo’s focus is on developing high quality products that provide significant value in proven use benefits and sustainability. All of ResourceCo’s products are backed by substantial R&D and have been through rigorous laboratory and in field testing, allowing you to sell with conviction and purpose.
