We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our business and increase rent roll managements for our in house property management team. We require someone who is proficient in strategic planning, setting and reaching goals, and working with people inside and outside of our organization. As a member of our sales team, you’ll help identify leads, offer proposals to new clients, and build relationships with clients and co-workers alike.
Qualifications & experience
- 2 Years + experience in a Business Development Manager role in Real Estate/ Property industry
- Real Estate License (Registration Certificate)
- Previous Property Manager experience ideal but not essential
- Experience increasing a Residential Property Rent Roll
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Form 6 documentation and file management
Tasks & responsibilities
- Plan, develop and oversee the overall Business Development strategy and build the rent roll
- Determine key Business Development KPIs
- Work with sales team members and Agency Principal
- Build strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel
- Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers
- Contribute to the reputation of the organization by entering and achieving professional awards.
- Stay up to date with regular market research
- Following up with new leads and referrals generated from the sales team
