- Salary: $85k + Super + OTE $330k

- Proven ability to sell to and develop B2B relationships.
- Ability to build the value of a new product and service.
- Proven experience following a clearly defined sales process.
- Selling new property investments is highly desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience selling solutions to accounting firms would also be an advantage.
- Excellent time management, a hunter mentality with the ability to source own leads.

- Prior experience in sales and Business Development (Face-to-face or phone-based).
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs and targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly organized, self-accountable, and proactive.
- Car and valid driver's license (Field based).

- Meeting and exceeding your personal monthly budgets and targets.
- Developing and receiving high-quality leads and moving them through a finely-tuned sales process to ensure B2B partners are started and supported correctly.
- Attending and selling from trade and industry events around Australia.
- Building and nurturing relationships with B2B business partners and entrepreneurs to move them to action in expanding their business in the delivery of new property.
- Tight opportunity management to ensure inbound leads and deals are managed for maximum conversion.
