We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Queensland division. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new quality clients, as well as nurturing existing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
This position requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
- Proven track record in sales and Business Development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and internal systems
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and meetings
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve revenue targets
- Provide strategic recommendations to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Generate consistent sales reports and projections for management review
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business Development, preferably within the line marking industry or service maintenance and construction industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and internal systems
- White Card
- Willingness to travel as required
