A rare and exciting opportunity exists for a versatile HR Advisor to join the Brisbane HLB Mann Judd office
Your Role:
This is a true generalist role and is responsible for a broad range of administrative and team support tasks across various functions of Human Resources (HR). As an integral part of the HLB team, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Assisting the P&C Partner to implement projects and initiatives in line with the Partnership strategy
- Driving the Firm’s HR programs, including L&D and performance management framework
- Acting as a point of contact and managing the resolution of generalist HR enquiries and issues
- Assisting in the development of junior team members
- Contributing to maintaining personnel administration and drafting correspondence
- Generating and preparing HR reports
- Running and end to end recruitment process for potential candidates
About you:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will also:
- Have a friendly, helpful and team driven disposition
- Hold a diploma or degree in Human Resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills (including Word, Excel)
- High attention to detail with a sense of urgency
This is a diverse role and will include a variety of other ad hoc duties as instructed by the Partner/s and team from time to time.
