This is an exciting opportunity to use your existing Business Development skills to drive sales across specific customer segments. You will be rewarded with a strong base salary, with uncapped commissions.
In your role:
- You will manage and grow an existing client base
- You will drive new business and bring in new clients
- You will attend meetings and events to develop client relationships and propose appropriate solutions.
- There are clearly defined targets to achieve and hopefully outperform
- You will use a CRM to maintain and grow the database of clients
- You will use digital tools to market ATI-Mirage
- You will be a team player, leveraging the skills and experience of team members to provide effective solutions to your customer base

Selection criteria:
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales role
- A business builder who also builds relationships
- A person with previous experience in the Training and Development industry would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience in a Customer Service Excellence environment
- Experience with the business sector and government agencies in WA
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Confident presenter, articulating value propositions
- Attention to detail is very important in this role
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications
- A motivated self-starter
