We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to help us expand our reach, forge strategic partnerships, and solidify our position as industry leaders. Responsibilities:

• Seize Opportunities: Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and innovative distribution channels, to strengthen our market presence.
• Nurture Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including studios, gyms, and industry luminaries, to drive collaborative growth initiatives.
• Stay Ahead: Conduct comprehensive market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and leverage customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and ensure our continued success.
• Drive Results: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and elevate brand visibility, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimise product offerings and customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Bring a minimum of 5 years of proven success in Business Development, ideally within the Pilates or fitness industry.
