ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our Brisbane team to grow our existing business in Queensland. This role represents a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, team based environment where we value entrepreneurial thinking, customer focus, and high levels of energy and drive
To excel in this role you’ll need to be highly credible and professional and, most importantly, passionate about Business Development and working with clients to deliver value. You will work closely with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their business, their needs and outcomes required. You will also collaborate with other members of the team to successfully implement and deliver tailored solutions.
Although the primary focus of this role is Business Development, we welcome candidates with experience in Facilitation who are also interested in stepping into the Facilitation side when required. For the right candidate, this position could present a unique opportunity for a hybrid role, blending Business Development responsibilities with occasional Facilitation.
ABOUT YOU
- You will have strong sales and commercial experience ideally working in the Learning and Development or related business space
- You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to relate to everyone within Phuel and across a broad range of clients
- You have the ability to approach issues with a solution seeking mindset
- You are able to be flexible and adaptable in thinking and approach
- While not essential, experience in Facilitation would be advantageous, allowing you to transition into occasional Facilitation as needed
