Key Responsibilities: As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our agency's success. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·  Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities

·  Advertising properties for lease

·  Conducting open homes and showcasing our properties

·  Processing applications and presenting to our landlords

·  Dealing with enquiries

· Collaborating closely with the Property Management team and Sales Agents

· Cultivating and strengthening client relationships

·  Providing professional advice to clients

·  Arranging and conducting market appraisals

The Ideal Candidate: We are seeking an individual with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record as a Business Development Manager in the Real Estate or Property industry. The ideal candidate will possess:

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· Excellent organisation and administration capabilities

· The ability to foster and sustain relationships with prospective landlords and investors

·  A current Certificate of Registration, Class 2 or Class 1 Licence

·  Own transportation, including a car and a valid drives licence

·  Proficiency in spoken Chinese is highly desired, though not mandatory
