The Role |

The Business Development Manager (BDM) role is pivotal in establishing a new portfolio of clients and fostering ongoing B2B relationships. The BDM will play a crucial role in developing and executing mutually beneficial outcomes for key clients, ensuring the sustained growth and future success of the organisation and its client base.

• Independently prospect new clients through networking, cold calling, and other means.
• Plan weekly tasks to maximise conversion of briefs to projects.
• Meet agreed-upon KPIs for sales performance, lead generation, and client meetings.
• Maintain a profit-oriented mindset in all business activities.
• Develop and maintain honest relationships with clients.
• Manage client accounts for long-term growth and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities in various industries.
