The Role: As Business Development Manager you would play a key role in engaging with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Developers, Architects, Designers and Builders in the Commercial and Multi Residential sector.
Our client is looking for someone who has proficiency in high-quality products within the design and construction space and who can establish and cultivate client relationships.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + super + car allowance or fully maintained company vehicle + uncapped commissions (OTE $160,000+).
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivating and sustaining long-term relationships with existing clients, fostering repeat business.
- Collaborating with procurement, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless client experience and sales process.
- Working towards sales targets, consistently striving for success.
- Conducting outreach and appointment setting to maximise impact in the market.
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to continuously expand your expertise.
- Demonstrating a proven sales and customer service background.
- Expressing a genuine passion for construction, interiors, and design.
- A background in construction materials, building products of luxury construction environments will be highly valued.
