We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to join the team and contribute to business growth within the Australian market.

- Proactively chase projects and new leads to develop new customers.
- Identify new opportunities in retail shelving/Gondola systems, pallet racking, cantilever racking and ASRS automation systems.
- Consult clients on their warehouse requirements and provide a solution to their needs.
- Create your own CRM plans to ensure all leads and opportunities are tracked
- Help create an environment that supports the business culture and values, and foster a customer driven organization, can-do attitude, continuous improvement and innovation.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in the successful implementation of sales plans and sales growth
- Effectively use a range of prospecting sources with a track record growth of new clients
- Business experience in any of the following industries: racking, distribution, construction, manufacturing, warehousing & building
