YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY
This is your next career-changing opportunity to spearhead frontline sales. Utilise your sales expertise to identify, develop, and nurture opportunities, thereby supplying our client’s sales team with valuable projects that enhance brand awareness and directly fuel revenue growth. This role centres highly around relationship development with the education sector, sporting venues and local government.
Your key areas of accountability and responsibility:
Develop and implement BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT and sales plans to ensure company objectives and maximum sales are reached:
- Develop and nurture key relationships with industry decision makers and planners in target markets.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and foster repeat business and referrals.
- Attend and host events as required to build networks and contacts.
Identify, develop and qualify new business leads for handover to your sales team:
- Develop new business within allocated territories and qualification strategies, through regular telephone and face to face engagement.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive client service plan to ensure that key target clients are contacted on a regular, planned basis.
- Identifying, evaluating and acquiring new business and clients, whilst developing and implementing strategies to better service existing clients.
- Identifying new clients and leading compelling pitches and delivering a strong narrative around the firm’s story and value proposition.
Lead the company client account management strategy:
- Develop plans for strategic accounts and schedule regular site visits to existing client base.
- Proactively troubleshoot customer and client issues, escalating to leadership team if required.
Manage necessary reporting and administration duties:
- Maintain sales management systems and procedures, contribute to quarterly strategy and planning meetings, analyse results and present any issues, concerns and ideas for growth.
Support company marketing and branding activities:
- Provide feedback/market insights and contribute to marketing collateral in monthly marketing meetings.
- Identify and recommend local marketing strategies to increase product awareness and sales.
ABOUT YOU

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:
- Possess two years of field experience in sales/account management or related sales environments, with a proven track record of involvement in high-value projects exceeding $1M.
- Demonstrated success of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Skilled in providing exceptional customer service and confidently engaging with diverse stakeholders via phone, email and face-to-face communication.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for influencing and negotiation.
- Fundamental IT and CRM software proficiency (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce).
Desirable:
- Previous relevant industry experience of a similar nature.
