Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our renowned fencing company with over 40 years of industry excellence. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced and motivated individual who can help us maintain our success.
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing new and existing customer relationships, identifying new prospects, making strategic decisions, and expanding sales and growth to achieve sales targets. Your proven track record in manufacturing and sales, combined with your hunger to succeed, will be integral to your success in this role.
In this position, you will work closely with the sales team to ensure meticulous follow-ups and generate new business. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving results and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities- Proactively promote and sell company products and services
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in collaboration with Sales Manager
- Develop and execute effective sales strategy to achieve monthly sales targets
- Manage internal lead system and conduct research on potential clients
- Conduct site inspections and prepare quotes
- Conduct pre-checks on orders to meet customer requirements.
- Proven sales track record with a hunger for success
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Team player with unwavering dedication
- Ability to thrive under strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MYOB
- Experienced in B2B sales and tendering
- Demonstrated commitment to quality
- Ability to generate new and innovative ideas
- Proven Sales track record
- Fencing knowledge is preferred but not essential.
- Building/Construction background a must
- Full driver's license essential
- A Fencing Licence would be advantageous.
- Forklift Licence would be advantageous.
