What you'll do:
- Develop and manage new business opportunities, actively engaging in prospecting, attending open homes, auctions, and leveraging an active database for networking and industry events.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and other partners to maximize all prospective business opportunities.
- Deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of investment services.
- Provide top-tier advice and service to investors and landlords, facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs by effectively converting warm leads and engaging in targeted prospecting and cold calling.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, research, demand, and product knowledge to stay ahead in the industry.
