About the role
ACA have the opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team, this role is vital in identifying business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and driving revenue and growth for the New South Wales business, with the office based in Parramatta.
Key duties include, but not limited to:
- Strategy – Developing and Implementing BD strategies – Who are we targeting and how are we targeting potential clients? Mapping business strengths against customer needs.
- Generating Business Leads – via multiple channels e.g. networking, cold calling and marketing.
- Networking Events – Attending and being the lead company representative at networking events, exhibitions and conferences.
- Reporting – to senior management on KPIs, financial targets etc. Both Monthly and Quarterly reporting.
About you
The main requirement for this role is prior experience working in a B2B sales focused role ideally within the Recruitment, Training and/or Apprenticeship/Traineeship space with strong networks in Construction, Trades, IT or Health sectors..
Other key requirements of the role:
- Strong Communication Skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong Sales acumen – proficient in prospecting, presenting, negotiating and closing sales.
- Attitude – a positive and robust personality and attitude – not afraid of rejection.
- Driving Licence – Vehicle is provided (including weekend use), so you will be required to maintain a valid Australian Driving Licence.
